Hayk represents plaintiffs in a wide range of environmental, antitrust, and commercial disputes.

Hayk earned his J.D., with highest pro bono distinction, from Stanford Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Law and Policy Review and President of the Animal Law Pro Bono.

Prior to joining the firm, Hayk clerked for the Honorable William Alsup of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and was a litigator with Durie Tangri, LLP and Keker, Van Nest & Peters, LLP. At both firms, he defended Fortune 100 companies and startups in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.
