Tim Kline is a litigator with a practice spanning environmental, business, and complex matters. He has represented small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, startups, non-profit organizations, and municipalities as both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition to his litigation practice, Tim has counseled clients on compliance with state and federal environmental regulations and local land use permitting processes.
Tim received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), with certificates in environmental law and public interest law. Prior to law school, Tim worked as a forestry and wildland fire science researcher and outreach specialist. Tim holds a B.S. in environmental policy from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as minor degrees in forestry and conservation.
